The Miraflores Estate is located in the northwestern part of Honduras, in the Santa Barbara area, in a mountainous region at a high altitude. The cool climate of the area and the temperature difference between day and night are ideal for growing high quality coffee. The sugar produced through photosynthesis is consumed less during the night when the temperature is relatively low, resulting in coffee that is sweeter and expresses complex fruity tropical flavors like pineapple and mango, with a clean, melt-in-your-mouth texture.
