Kyoho Grape, Orange, Red Currant, Juicy, Caramel
Roasted on 5 January 2022
Costa Rica accounts for less than 1% of the world’s coffee production, yet it is highly regarded for its relatively good quality. In this area of West Valley, there is a high percentage of COE winners, in addition to both Costa Rican-specific varieties Villa Sarchi and Villa Lobos, as well as more experimental varieties such as SL varieties. The SL28 variety is unique to Kenya, but growing in the Costa Rican climate gives it a different look. Expect a rich aroma, with flavors of orange and red currant, caramel-coated Kyoho grape-like aftertaste. Please try it slowly.
