Consisting of Brazil Cerrado NY2 Natural and China Yunnan Pu’er Natural this blend is imparts a stronger and sweet chocolatey flavour. Enjoy this blend perfectly paired with milk to create a strong aromatic coffee.

Blue Cottage Coffee was founded in 2018 based on the passion to provide healthy aromatic coffee to the community. The name itself is an embodiment of our deeper connection with coffee. The word “blue” in the name depicts the stirring spirituality of the African-America music genre. Whereas, cottage indicates that the inspiration for our distinctive coffee originated from research on the magical beans in a small house close to nature. It also fulfils the high standards as set by the Speciality Coffee Association.

    From one of the most famous growing regions of Colombia, Huila Coffee is grown in the rich volcanic soils in the central range of mountains (Cordillera Central) that also bear the 6th highest mountain in Colombia. Huila coffee grows at 1400 to 1800 meters above sea level, in rich volcanic soils and perfect coffee microclimate, with plenty of late morning fog which burns off to wash the beans with just the right amount of midday sun. The beans grow slowly and develop rich, bright, intense and balanced flavors.

    Finca Milan is located in the Risaralda Department, in the central foothills of the Andes Mountains. The culturing process is where ripen red cherries are selected for mixed microbial fermentation. The cherries are first separated by density, tested for sugar content, and classified by quality. After depulping, the cherries, still in parchment form with mucilage, are mixed with pre-cultivated microbes.

    Brazil Cerrado Natural is a standard specialty quality coffee. The beans are dry-processed, meaning they are patio-dried while still in the cherry while in contact with the sweet mucilage giving taste notes of cocoa, nut and milky chocolate. With a screen size of 17/18 which is an indication of varying bean maturity, enjoy a more consistent flavour without the pungent fruit notes that can turn up in smaller screen sized beans.
