Exclusively produced for Apollon’s Gold, this is their first ever exclusive lot. This Yellow Typica is nothing short of amazing though it’s very rare and young plants with still very few production as they started planting this cultivar in 2016. The Monge brothers chose yellow honey process, perfect for this year. This coffees shines as great as their top grade Geishas on the cupping table and is more Geisha-like than Geisha in some aspects. Expect crisp pineapple flavors with subtle lemon notes and beautifully delicate and vibrant jasmine notes.
