Degassing: we recommend degassing this coffee unopened for at least 20days. Best from 30days to 40days post roast. *Sometimes small stones are found in both roasted/green coffee beans, it’s not harmful to health but please sort them before grinding to avoid risk damaging your grinder.
The Best Ecuador Coffee We’ve roasted. This Mejorado is a truly surprising coffee! Amongst our coffees in the current line up, even including Geishas, this Mejorado is one of the most vibrant with an intense notes with really bright acidity balanced out with amazing fruity sweetness that make us think of guava nectar. This Mejorado is insane, as the bright tropical notes reminds us of some great Kenyans. Expect sweet guava nectar accompanied by notes of pink grapefruit and passion fruits, and hints of chamomile throughout.
