An exotic terroir in Sandia, near to Bolivia , we found a delicious Peruvian coffee instead of COE competition coffees which we used to buy annually from Peru. This coffee has everything we are looking for in Peruvian coffees! Sandia province is located in the southern area of Peru. As this city is near to the border of Bolivia, Sandia coffees are known for their exotic terroir. Besides the unique flavors, Alta Gracia farm is also known for an eco friendly farm. This is definitely our favorite type of Peruvian coffee – a delicious field blend with typical hibiscus notes. Alta Gracia delights with vibrant papaya flavors, which we also see in some exceptional Bourbon varietal lots (this coffee is mainly Bourbon), followed by delicious macerated cherry and delicate hibiscus florals.
