    Finca Milan is located in the Risaralda Department, in the central foothills of the Andes Mountains. The culturing process is where ripen red cherries are selected for mixed microbial fermentation. The cherries are first separated by density, tested for sugar content, and classified by quality. After depulping, the cherries, still in parchment form with mucilage, are mixed with pre-cultivated microbes.

    Brazil Cerrado Natural is a standard specialty quality coffee. The beans are dry-processed, meaning they are patio-dried while still in the cherry while in contact with the sweet mucilage giving taste notes of cocoa, nut and milky chocolate. With a screen size of 17/18 which is an indication of varying bean maturity, enjoy a more consistent flavour without the pungent fruit notes that can turn up in smaller screen sized beans.
