We only sell Whole Coffee Beans. We believe whole coffee beans are the best way to enjoy the different roasters’ way of drinking coffee. By selecting only the best quality whole coffee beans you enjoy:

  • Quality and fresher coffee
  • Longer shelf life of your coffee beans

With whole coffee beans, you can grind what you need when you need it, giving you the best cup every time. Whole bean coffee lasts longer than ground coffee so you can try different varieties without worrying about your favourite blend going stale.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Pocket
  • BIBD Bank Transfer/Cash Deposit
  • Cryptocurrency payment via Coinbase

No, unfortunately at this moment we are not able to provide direct payment with credit/debit cards. However, you may download and install the Pocket app, link your card in the app and use the app to make your payment.

Firstly, ensure you have installed Pocket app and verified your account. During checkout, please select Pocket as your payment method and input your 7-digit phone number.
After completing the checkout, you will have 10 minutes to complete the payment on the Pocket app. Open your Pocket app and go to Notification > Pending Action and approve the payment request. Once payment has been made your order will automatically be marked as processing. Please note that late payment will result in your order being automatically cancelled and may delay order processing and delivery.

Complete your order checkout and select bank transfer as your payment method and complete the checkout. After the checkout please use BIBD internet banking or cash deposit machine (CDM) to transfer the exact amount to our bank account details listed below. Do make your payment within 48 hours after placing your order otherwise it will be automatically cancelled. Please note that late payment will result in delays for order processing and delivery. We ship your orders with Jifee within Brunei at a flat fee of BND2 and FREE shipping is available for orders over BND40.
All orders are processed upon receiving payment and you will receive a shipping notification email once your order leaves our warehouse.
We aim to pack and combine paid orders together to be dispatched/handed over to our main delivery company three times a week.

  • We do our best to dispatch/hand over paid orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding Sundays & Public Holidays) to the delivery company.
  • Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Public Holidays). If Monday falls on a PH, next dispatch day will be Wednesday and so on.
  • After dispatch, please expect your order to arrive within 2-7 working days (excluding Sundays & Public Holidays) subject to driver schedules. If it takes longer than that, please contact Jifee at +673 233 0513.
  • For self-pickup/self-collect, kindly contact us on Whatsapp to arrange for suitable pickup time slots subject to availability.
  • Please note we do NOT provide meet points(MP) as of right now.

Yes, nationwide shipping is provided for orders over BND40. For orders below BND40, we charge a flat fee of BND2. All districts are covered unless otherwise stated.

On Hold” – We have not received or verified the payment for your order. Failure to send the payment receipt as per instructions will result in order cancellation.
Processing” – We have received the payment and are processing your order for delivery.
Completed” – We have finished processing your order and have already passed it over to the delivery company.
Cancelled” – Your order has been cancelled.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on confirmed orders. However, if you need to cancel or make changes to your orders, you may contact us via Whatsapp or email within 24 hours of placing your orders.
If the item(s) you received has any manufacturing defects, kindly contact us via Whatsapp or email with pictures of proof and we can arrange for an exchange or refund.

We provide SMS notifications for updates on when new products or coffee beans are released. To opt in to SMS notifications, simply enter your phone number when the subscription prompt appears on our website and submit, or alternatively you may send us your phone number via any of our contact method to opt in.
